To Grind (Masala Paste) :

1. Switch on the stove,
keep a pan.
2. Add all the
spices from 1 to 8 and roast till brown in medium flame.
3 Remove in a Plate,
Keep aside, let it cool down.
4. Now add Coconut.
5. Saute till the coconut turns brown.
5. Grind the coconut
and spice into fine paste by adding water.
For Gravy:

1.Add Oil in a pressure cooker
2.Once oil gets heated add fennel seeds, Jeera, Cinnamon stick & bay leaf.
3. Saute for a Min or till spice emits fragrance.
4.Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
5.Add finely sliced onion with some salt to speed up cooking process.
6.Once
turns translucent add tomatoes and cook for 2
mins.
4. Now add Chili Powder, Turmeric and Homemade gravy chicken masala powder followed by mint leaves.
5. Mix well, Add chicken and let the masala coats chicken.
6. Let it sear (cook for 3-4 mins).
7. Add ground masala Paste, Add 2.5 cups of water, and pressure cook for 2 whistles
in medium Flame.
8. Once pressure is down.
9.Add a handful of finely chopped coriander.
9. After mixing let the Salna rest for 5 mins till the oil floats on top and Coriander flavor to
indulge in.
10. Serve hot with Mains of your choice.
11. The Same Recipe can be made with vegetable of your choice but pressure
cooking upto 1 whistle is enough.
