Serves: 2-3 persons.
Cooking time: 10-15 mins from start to end of the recipe.
Ingredient list:

1.Butter

1 tsp

2.Garlic

7 Sliced finely (Don't skip as it brings extraordinary
flavor.

3. Onion
|
½ Sliced
|
4.Turmeric-
|
¼ tsp
|
5.Green chili's-
|
1 Chopped
|
6.Beetroot medium size
|
1 Chopped roughly
|
7. Water
|
To boil the beets.Approx 1.5 Cups
|
6. Salt and pepper
|
To taste.

1. Heat the pan, add butter and wait for it to melt.
2. Add Garlic and sauté for 2 mins or till it turns brown.
3. Add Onion, turmeric and green chili followed by chopped beets.
4. Sauté for a min, add 1.5 cups for water for the beets to cook.
5. Once the beetroot is cooked, Switch off flame, wait till the
cooked mixture cools down.
6. Blend the mixture into fine puree, keep it aside.
7. Now heat the pan, Add the Blended puree and wait for it to boil
for a minute
8. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
9. Switch off the flame and serve immediately.
