Stuffing:
- You can choose to use your own stuffing which you are feeling easy to make.
- This is the stuffing, I used. Heat oil in kadai once heated.
- Add mustard and Jeera wait for it to splutter.
- Now add finely chopped onion, wait for it to cook for 2 mins.
- Add green chili, salt and turmeric.
- Mix it well. Add boiled potato and coriander mix it well so that the masala coats potato well. Switch off stove.
Samosa
Packets:
- Take bread of your choice: You can choose brown bread, Multigrain bread anything which is in slice form.
- Trim the ends of the bread.
- Using rolling pin (Chapatti roller) press and roll front and back.
- Cut it into round form.
- Apply the Maida mixture in the ends of the corner very light coating.
- Keep the stuffing in Centre.
- Fold the bread into two, press one side of the folded bread so that it stick together.
- Press the other side of the bread inside to that it will stick to the other side of folded bread, looking like a triangle.
Air fryer or Oven Method:
- Preheat oven or air fryer- 180 deg Celsius for 5 min.
- Keep the samosa packets and bake in 180 deg Celsius for 4 mins or till the bread turns brown.
Tawa method:
- Apply very little oil in a tawa and keep the samosa packets and toast till they turn brown.
- Serve with ketchup or dip of your choice.
