EGGLESS BANANA BREAD


A cake that smells banana but tastes chocolate. 


Ingredients :
Milk
3/4 cup 
Lemon juice
1/4 tsp
Bananas  
3 medium sized
Melted Butter
3/4 cup
Refined Flour
250gms 
Cocoa Powder
2 tbls 
Sugar
3/4 cup
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Baking Soda
1/4 tsp
Walnuts chopped
7 no’s 
Chocolate Chips
For garnishing 

Procedure:


1.       Add lime juice to milk and keep aside for 10 minutes.
2.       Mash the bananas with a fork and add melted butter,and milk and lime juice mixture. Mix all of it well and keep aside.
3.       In a separate bowl, add refined flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and baking soda & mix it well.
4.       Once mixed properly add these dry ingredients to the wet ingredients .Mix them well and Then add walnuts,fold them. 
5.       Once mixed properly, transfer the batter to a  pan greased with butter and with a parchment paper at the bottom. 
6.       Garnish with dark chocolate chips.
7.       Bake this in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
8.       Once the cake has cooled down to room temperature,cut them into slices.
