PINEAPPLE KESARI

Serves: 2-3 persons.

Cooking time: 10-15 mins from start to end of the recipe.



Ingredient list:
1. Ghee
 4 tbsp. 
2.Cashews and raisins
 As per your choice 
3.Sugar
 1/3 cup or per your choice.
4..Pineapple juice
 1.5 Freshly extracted
5.Sooji/Rava roasted
 1/2 cup
6.Cardomom pods crushed
 A pinch 



1.Switch on the stove, keep the flame in medium. In a pan add 4 tbsp. of ghee.
2.Once the ghee melts, Add cashews and sauté it till it turns golden.
3.Remove in a plate, add raisins and sauté for 15 sec and remove them in a plate.
4.Now add sugar, wait for it to melt.
5.Once melted add the fresh pineapple juice.Be careful as the mixture may splatter.
6.Once the mixture comes to boil, add sooji/rava slowly and mix so that it will not get lumps.
7.Cook till the sooji/Rava cooks well and ghee comes on the sides of the pan.
8.Add cardamom powder. Mix the roasted cashews, raisins and serve immediately.
